The evaluation available on the SaludBUENO website does not by itself establish a provider-patient relationship between the person completing it and SaludBUENO. CareValidate, a network of U.S.-licensed providers that follows protocols designed for patient safety, sets exclusionary criteria to determine whether a person does not qualify for GLPs treatments. The answers you submit determine whether your case is eligible for review. If you qualify, a licensed provider will review your case before any prescription.
